18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were 18 to 65 years; 2. Asthma was diagnosed at least for 12 mouths; 3. Bronchodilator reversibility of >12%/200 mL, or airway hyperresponsiveness [a decreased in FEV1 of 20% after inhaled acetyl choline or histamine].

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients need oral corticosteroids every day or every other day within three months; 2. Received systemic corticosteroids treatment in four weeks ago; 3. Received antimicrobial treatment within 6 weeks; 4. Smoking or had a less than 10 pack-year smoking history; 5. Exsited acute and chronic hepatitis or HBV carrier. 6.Combined cancers,bronchiectasia,COPD,TB or other lung diseases, diabetes, hypertension. 7.Received allergen-specific immune therapy in the past or are going on now. 8.women who were pregnant or breast-feeding. 9.BMI>38kg/m2, weight<40kg.
