65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I-III; To be aged between 65 years to 80 years; Duration of postoperative stay in SICU (Surgery Intensive Care Unit) more than 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MMSE (the Mini-Mental State Examination) score<24 or dementia due to various etiologies; History of central nervous system or mental illness; Currently using tranquilizers or antidepressants; History of neurosurgery; History of endocrine and metabolic disorders; History of inflammatory diseases; Recent use of glucocorticoids, cytokines or anti-cytokine therapy; unwilling to complete the experiment processes or Language barriers; Severe hearing or visual impairment; Illiteracy; Alcohol or drug dependence.
