Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the ICU ward, the patient is in critical condition following the 2016 international sepsis and septic shock treatment guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage heart disease 2. Chronic chronic kidney disease, terminal liver disease, 3. Age younger than 18 4. There was infection but SOFA score was less than 2
