Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with at least one syncope; 2. Patients suspected , without definite diagnosis, of having LQTS, SQTS or CPVT based on clinical information involving illness history, family history, electrocardiogram, echocardiography, holter, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any non-syncopal conditions such as fall, drop attacks, epileptic seizures, TIA, intoxication, hypoglycemia, psychogenic pseudo-syncope, etc.; 2. Patients with definite diagnosis of LQTS, SQTS or CPVT; 3. Patients who already have above pathogenic genes tested; 4. Patients without capacity for civil conduct or legal guardians; 5. Patients with other severe diseases and <4 years of expected life span; 6. Patients unable to complete follow-up; 7. Others.
