30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-70 years male and female; 2. It is in line with the diagnostic criteria of primary Sjogren syndrome and the diagnostic criteria of dry eye disease; 3. Voluntary subjects and signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Ophthalmology surgery using anesthetics to cause dry eye disease; 2. With age, the decrease of lacrimal gland secretion function; 3. Dry eye patients caused by large number of antibiotic eye drops; 4. Patients with dry eye diseases caused by frequent use of video tools such as mobile phones and computers; 5. The eyes had been treated with chemical or heat burn; 6. Wearing the contact lens of the cornea; 7. Combined with serious systemic diseases, such as heart and brain diseases and psychosis, etc; 8. Refusing to sign the informed consent form to participate in the test.
