Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MCNS: 1. aged 1 month to 18 years; 2. dianosed with PNS and MCNS; 3. informed consent. FSGS: 1. aged 1 month to 18 years; 2. dianosed with PNS and FSGS; 3. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary nephrotic syndrome; 2. dianosed with other diseases; 3. stopped with any reasons.
