Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for OCD in accordance with the fifth edition of the American psychiatric diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM- V); 2. The Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score >11 points, the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score <18; 3. Aged 18-60 years old, right handedness, junior high school education level; 4. 5-serotonin reuptake inhibitors were not taken in the first 2 weeks (without fluoxetine within 35 days); 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of brain organic diseases and major somatic diseases; 2. Diagnosis of schizophrenia, affective disorders, depression and other mental disorders; 3. Evidence of drug dependence and psychoactive substance use; suicide attempts; pregnant or lactating women; 4. There are some contraindications for MRI examination: there are metal implants in the body; 5. Unable to tolerate MRI scan environment.
