Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The case patients are malaria patients confirmed by microscopy, the control patients are malaria parasite free by microscopy. All those that informed consent were obtained can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those whose results of PCR test for case patients is negative, and for control patients is positive, will excluded from dada analysis.
