Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperation patients between 18 to 70 years old who are well introduced this experiment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who claim a history of penicillin allergy; 2. patients who are attending to other clinical experiment; 3. other unsuitable situation for this experiment.
