Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients suffered TKA between 50-70;Diagnostic reference:The KOA clinical diagnostic criteria for the revision of the chinese orthopaedic association in 2007
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The liver, kidney and heart are not insufficient or accompany with actively gastroenteric disease; 2. Blood and endocrine system disease; 3. Rheumatoid and suppurative arthritis and other joint diseases; 4. History of cancer or tumor; 5. The researchers thought that anyone who was unfit to take part in the experiment.
