Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=18 years; 2. Meet diagnostic criteria for Acute myocardial infarction/heart failure; 3. The consent will be obtained from patients themselves or their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor; 2. Serious liver and kidney dysfunction,hematologic disease; 3. Nervous system disease,mental illness; 4. Breastfeeding women,pregnant women.
