Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of primary obese patients, body mass index BMI =30kg/m2, with a history of weight loss or obesity-related complications; 2. with weight loss will; 3. identified for metabolic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. liver and kidney dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase or direct bilirubin higher than the normal upper limit of 1.5 times, or serum creatinine> 115umol/L); 2. ascites, pregnancy status, nausea, cachexia, cachexia; 3. mental illness; 4. greater risk of surgery.
