Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 65 years old; 2. No abnormal findings in routine blood test, blood chemical test and stool routine test; 3. No abnormal findings in abdominal ultrasonography examination and colonoscopy/colonic barium enema.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors; 2. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney, hematological, endocrine, nervous system or autoimmune diseases; 3. Multiple peripheral vascular disease; 4. Infectious diseases of respiratary, digestive or urinary system; 5. Abdominal surgery; 6. Schizophrenia; 7. Women in pregnancy or who are lactating; 8. Subjects who had taken probiotics, prebiotic, antibiotics or antidepressants wihtin the last 1 month.
