18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with early-stage invasive breast cancer (I-IIIa stage); 2. Patient aged 18-75 years; 3. Patient's tumor must contain estrogen receptors (ER+/PR+); 4. Her2/Neu negative by IHC (0 or 1+) or FISH by current ASCO/CAP guidelines; 5. Patient has adequate performance status (PS ECOG 0,1 or Karnofsky =70); 6. Operable and plnning to undergo surgery; 7. Adequate material for the 21-gene recurrence score assay; 8. Patient must be able to give informed consent before any study assocaited treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients had other malignant tumor in 5 years; 3. Not able to complete study for mental disease or others; 4. Patients with other serious disease.
