Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women are routinely screened for GDM by an OGTT at approximately 24–28 weeks gestation. GDM was diagnosed if any one glucose level was equal to or greater than fasting 5.1 mmol/l, 1 h post-load 10.0 mmol/l or 2 h post-load 8.5 mmol/l,which were adjusted for 20-35 years old, gravidity=2, parity=1, Han chinese and body mass index (BMI)<27mm/kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Both GDM and control groups included hypertensive disorders, history of T2D,chronic hepatitis,nephritis,thyroid disease, endocrinopathies and metabolic disorders, autoimmunity, blood dyscrasias, tumor, gynecological surgery,assisted reproductive technology treatment, multiple pregnancies, fetal congenital anomalies,smoking,chemical dependency, alcohol, etc.
