20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All were primary infertility patients. And all patients were examined to be unexplained infertility by gynecological examination, sex hormone detection, transvaginal ultrasonography, hysterosalpingography, immune function detection, semen routine and morphological detection. The characteristics of agar zona pellucida of oocytes were observed by 200 times and 400 times optical microscope.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary infertility patients; The normal morphology of the zona pellucida of oocytes was observed under light microscope.
