Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All participants are age> 18 years old, male or female, voluntary consent of informed consent Primary Dyslipidemia Case group: extreme hypertriglyceridemia: TG> 10.0 mmol/L; extreme hypercholesterolemia: TC> 7.0mmol/L; Hyperlipoprotein a: LP (a)> 0.3g/L; Control group: TG <1.7mmol / L.TC<5.2mmol/L,LP(a)<0.05g/L; Coronary heart disease: Case group: coronary angiography showed at least one coronary artery stenosis = 50%; between individuals without blood relationship; Control group: Coronary angiography showed coronary artery of patients stenosis less than 20%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Primary Dyslipidemia and control group excluded criteria: 1. secondary hypertriglyceridemia: diabetes, nephrotic syndrome, drug-induced hyperlipidemia; 2. severe liver and kidney disease, malignant tumors, hypertension, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cerebrovascular disease, smoking and drinking history; 3. pregnancy. Coronary heart disease and control group exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other heart diseases such as dilated cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease; 2. severe liver and kidney disease (nephrotic syndrome, uremia, diabetic nephropathy), malignant tumors; 3. pregnancy.
