12 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 12 to 65 years; 2. Cervical spondylosis, cervical disc herniation, thoracic disc herniation, lumbar disc herniation in patients undergoing surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant neoplasms; 2. infection; 3. Cirrhosis, severe renal impairment, uremia or severe brain injury; 4. Hematopoietic system diseases; 5. Patients with severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and diffuse idiopathic osteoarthritis, osteolysis of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL).
