Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-14 years old; 2. Meet the diagnosis criteria of childhood asthma by 2015 GINA; 3. Attained informed consent by the subjects and their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of hepatitis, tuberculosis and other chronic infections, congenital airway diseases, foreign body in trachea, interstitial lung diseases, bronchiectasis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, heart diseases, congenital immunodeficiency diseases, malnutrition and other diseases; 2. History of acute infection within i month before enrollment; 3. Unsuitable for enrollment judged by researchers.
