Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IgA nephropathy group:Hospitalized patients in our department with IgA nephropathy without renal failure were chosen and all were confirmed by renal biopsy. The control group consisted of healthy individuals,who had a physical check-up in our hospital during the same period with normal urine test results, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels and did not have kidney disease, infectious diseases, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were younger than 12 or older than 65,or with Henoch - Schonlein purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, rheumatoid arthritis, HBV associated glomerulonephritis and other secondary nephropathy were excluded. control group:Individuals who had abnormal urine test results, serum creatinine or blood urea nitrogen levels or have kidney disease, infectious diseases were excluded.
