Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. case group: patients visited in the Department of Dermatology,vCNNC 416 hospital, aged 18-60 years old. In accordance with the diagnosis of thyroid dysfunction combined with pretibial myxedema, via two doctors and chief physician confirmed cases; 2. Internal control group: patients visited in the Department of nuclear medicine, CNNC 416 hospital, aged 18-60 years old. In accordance with the diagnosis of thyroid dysfunction, dissatisfacted the diagnosis of pretibial myxedema, via two doctors and chief physician confirmed cases; 3. external control group: healthy adults which aged 18-60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other autoimmune disease; 2. patient who is being used in the application of immunosuppressive agents; 3. AIDS; 4. cancer patients; 5. Severe hepatic and renal failure; 6. Patients suffered from sepsis; 7. patients do not cooperate with the investigation.
