Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCOS inclusion criteria (1) pregnancy conforms to the PCOS diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged from 20 to 35 years old; (3) full-term pregnancy (37 weeks gestational age < or less 42 weeks); (4) single live births; (5) cesarean delivery, (6) volunteered for this study, and sign the informed consent. Control inclusion criteria (1) the menstrual cycle, and no clinical or biochemical kaohsiung's performance; (2) ranging in age from 20 to 35 years old. (3) full-term pregnancy (37 weeks gestational age < or less 42 weeks); (4) single live births; (5) cesarean delivery, (6) volunteered for this study, and sign the informed consent. Neonatal inclusion criteria (1) no obvious birth defects; (2) 5 minutes Apgar score 7 or higher; (3) no serious perinatal diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with gestational hypertension disease, gestational diabetes during pregnancy complications; (2) diabetic pregnancies. (3) the pregnant women with heart, liver, kidney, lung, brain and other important organs serious disease; (4) pregnant women suffering from mental illness; (5) of pregnant women with hepatitisb, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; (6) suspected or confirmed fetal development (chromosome, heart, kidneys, etc.) was abnormal.
