Age
40 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in our hospital who will undergo subtotal or total hysterectomy because of benign disease; 2. Aged 40-55 years; 3. Menstrual regularity(day 28-30); 4. without hormone therapy for three months before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant uterine disease; 2. Combined pregnancy; 3. Surgery can not be tolerated because of combined with other diseases.
