Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Using the international POI, menopause diagnostic criteria and normal menstrual cycle women assessment indicators. 1.POI group: (1) women aged less than 40 years; (2) the time more than 4 months of amenorrhea; (3) serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) 2 times or more than 2 times > 40mIU/ml (two times of examination interval 1 month or more), estradiol (E2) 40mIU/mL, E2 =3ng/mL; (4) for tubal or male factors, treatment of infertility patients; (5) exclude contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) because of the hypothalamus and pituitary disorders in patients with amenorrhea; (2) patients with ovarian insufficiency due to chemotherapy and specific drug induced; (3) ovarian insufficiency patients caused by the history of surgery with ovarian or bilateral oophorectomy; (4) chromosome 46, XY pseudohermaphrodism patients; (5) in patients with malignant tumor; (6) combined with severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney diseases and hematopoietic system of patients with serious diseases, and other serious mental illness or unstable body disease; (7) combined with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases: such as diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
