13 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tracheal intubation stenosis (10-50 cases); 2. tracheal intubation without stenosis group (10-50 cases, tracheal intubation time is more than or equal to 3 days); 3. normal group (10-50 patients from non smoking lung cancer surgery resection specimens of surrounding normal lung tissue).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital tracheal stenosis, tracheal neoplasms, connective tissue diseases caused by tracheal stenosis, tracheal and bronchial tuberculosis, caused by foreign bodies in trachea stenosis; 2. within 7 days using macrolide drugs, hormone and immune suppression or enhancement treatment shall be stopping for a week.
