Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients admission to the ICU of the fourth of hebei medical university with oxygenation index less than 300mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. chronic pulmonary heart disease; 2. pregnant and lactating women, age <18 years; 3. patients with pulmonary embolism; 4. right ventricular infarction patients; 5. patients with left ventricular dysfunction; 6. insufficient image quality.
