18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are 18 to 60 years of age with hematopoietic malignancy (including acute lymphoblastic leukemia,acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma). All patients are at complete remission status without relapse before transplantation. Patients are administrated with 10 mg/kg of ATG in conditioning regimens and receive allografts from an HLA-mismatched related donor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with poor medical compliance; 2. Any other problems that patients could not participate this trial.
