20 Years to 71 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal: healthy people without any symptoms of arthritis, at the age of 20-35; early stage OA: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthrits; 2. aged from 40-75; 3. the Kellgren-Lawrence grading system shown Grade 0 to 2; 4. volunteered for the researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Normal: exclude the trauma of knee joint deformity, disease or operation history. early stage OA: 1. Kellgren-Lawrence grading system shown Grade 3 and 4; 2. Non-degenerative osteoarthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infectious arthritis, Charcot arthritis, etc; 3. medication history for KOA within one week, such as NSAIDs, steroid, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, sodium hyaluronate,etc; 4. study drug allergy; 5. Serious medical illness.
