18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis conform to the 2005 European heart association of acute left heart failure diagnostic criteria of diagnosis and treatment guidelines, and conform to the New York heart association (NYHA) cardiac function class for ?are selected
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Undiagnosed ALHF, bronchial asthma or status asthmaticus, acute pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), caused by other reasons of non cardiogenic pulmonary edema (such as ARDS), non cardiogenic shock, taking metformin, patients with severe liver disease, exclusion of patients with heart failure cause of death.
