Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Receiving elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 2. Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. body mass index of 20-30 kg/m2; 5. Agreed to participate the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic pain; 2. Psychiatric diseases; 3. Diabetes mellitus; 4. Severe cardiovascular diseases; 5. Kidney or liver diseases; 6. Alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Heavy smoker; 8. Pregnancy or at lactation period; 9. Disagree to participate to the research.
