Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Recruitment 10 cases with different severity of pulmonary hypertension ,All of then implement cardiac catheterization and some related laboratory examinations;Recruitment 10 healthy volunteers as a control group, take the same relevant checks. The research were required to obtain the approval of the hospital ethics committee, and all patients with informed consent. (Pulmonary hypertension diagnostic standard reference guide: resting pulmonary artery mean pressure> 25mmHg, and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR)> 3 wood units, PCWP <15mmHg.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The people who cannot accept Cardiac catheterization ; infection recently; Mean pulmonary artery pressure less than 25mmHg (ie, The pressure isinconsistent wih cardiac ultrasound estimation).
