Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient subjects: Patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder were recruited form the psychiatric department of the first hospital of Hebei medical university, male and female aged10-40 years old. Patients who met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-V) criteria for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder; 2. Control subjects: Healthy volunteers were recruited from the staff or student of the first hospital. All control subjects were assessed by structured psychiatric interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac disorders(cardiac function classification, by NYHA, grade III or IV); 2. Renal inadequacy (Cr>1.5*ULN (the upper limit of the normal range); 3. Serious hepatopathy or hepatic inadequacy (ALT, AST or TBIL> 2*ULN); 4. Electrolyte disturbances (blood potassium or sodium abnormality); 5. Subjects with drug or alcohol dependence; 6. Subjects who can not provide prior informed consent or delayed informed consent.
