20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with breathing machine auxiliary breath; 2. in patients with general anesthesia is not awake, sedatives, no spontaneous breathing; 3. in patients with stable vital signs, limbs endings warm, urine or 2 ml/Kg/h; 4. To be aged from 20 to 75 years; 5. 90 Kg or greater weight 55 Kg or more; 6. SPO2=100%; 7. patients were postoperative day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. there are obvious thoracic deformity; 2. mechanical ventilation, airway peak pressure p 45 cmh2o; 3. change the ventilator velocity waveform, SPO2 patients with declining, and the changes of heart rate and blood pressure; 4. patients with pneumothorax; 5. ARDS patients; 6. patients with COPD; 7. patients with multiple organ dysfunction.
