Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older than 18 years; 2. admitted to ICU due to neurologic disorders; 3. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. postoperative pituitary tumor patients; 2. those with chronic heart, liver, kidney, adrenal gland disease or diabetes, hyperthyroidism may lead to electrolyte disorder; 3. iatrogenic; 4. pregnancy; 5. Long term use of diuretics and corticosteroid; 6. wisevere infection, severe organ damage or hemorrhagic shock; 7. having received hypertonic saline treatment.
