Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Asthma diagnosis standard: 1. Recurrent episodes of wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, to contact allergens, cold air, physical and chemical irritation, respiratory infections and sports related, often at night and (or) morning attack; 2. Attack in the double lungs can smell and scattered or diffuse, mainly to expiratory wheezes, prolonged expiratory phase; 3. The symptoms and signs after anti asthma treatment is effective or relieved; 4. Exclusion of other diseases caused by breathing, cough, shortness of breath and chest tightness; 5. The clinical manifestation is not typical (such as without wheezing or wheezes), should at least have the following 1: 1) Bronchial provocation test or exercise challenge test pocsitive; 2) Confirm the existence of reversible airflow limitation: a bronchial dilation test positive: suction available beta 2 receptor agonist salbutamol sulfate after 15min in forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) increase in '12%; 3) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) daily variability (continuous monitoring of 1-2 weeks) 20%. Comply with Article 1-4 or fourth, 5 persons, can be diagnosed with asthma. Inclusion criteria: the first diagnosis and past although diagnosed asthma but not yet according to standard treatment, did not receive 2 weeks of inhaled corticosteroids, leukotriene receptor antagonist treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. nearly 2 weeks of oral or intravenous use of glucocorticoids or immune modulators; 2. associated with other autoimmune diseases such as tuberculosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis; 3. the incidence of 4 weeks had been suffering from infectious diseases, including upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia; 4. the function of heart and lung failure.
