18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Palpation, B-ultrasound, CT, MRI to rule out lymph node metastasis in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma N0; 2. without radiation therapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 3. confirmed squamous cell carcinoma with histologically; 4. No effective taboos of the experimental operation; 5. cN0 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma patients before surgery line 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging; line 99 Tc m mark sulfur colloid (99Tcm-SC) in the preoperative lymphoscintigraphy and intraoperative garma probe detection to determine patients with SLN.

Exclusion criteria: Patiens againsted the inclusion criteria.
