Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 years old and over; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. All patients meet international criteria for GBS or its variants (Asbury and Cornblath, 1990)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients receive intravenous immunoglobulin treatment, steroids or other immunomodulatory drugs within 3 months before blood drawing and suffer from other immunologic disease.
