Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the IBS-C or IBS-D patients without post-infection fuifilling on the Rome III criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients with a history of enteric parenchymal disease or surgery; 2. Suffering from psychosis,neuronosis or other systemic parenchymal disease; 3. Pregnancy or lactant women; 4. IBS patients with a history of alimentary infection.
