Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with coronary heart disease (diagnosed by coronary angiography) and combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus or impaired fasting glucose (the guide of American Diabetes Association for diagnosing type 2 diabetes mellitus and impaired fasting glucose)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hepatic, renal, and thyroid disease were excluded.
