Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was operated in the Department of general surgery, Changhai Hospital of Shanghai and diagnosed as cases of diffuse type of gastric cancer by histopathology after the implementation of surgery; 2. No neoadjuvant chemotherapy was administered before surgery; 3 Clinical parameters for function of important organs lies in normal range, e.g., white blood cell >3.5*10^9/L; platelet >300*10^9/L; creatinine < normal limit of 1.25 times; 2.5 times the upper limit of the normal value of S and <13.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with two or more tumors.
