Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of physical healthy control group(PH) include no clinical signs of periodontitis(no periodontal pockets greater than or equal to 4mm, no bleeding on probing, no attachment loss and furcation involvement, no alveolar bone absorption), no history of periodontal disease and systemic disease treatment.The inclusion criteria of chronic periodontitis group(CP) were patients with PD>4mm, AL>1mm combined with alveolar bone absorption, the distance from CEJ to the alveolar crest>3mm(according to the American Society of Periodontology 1999 classification criteria for the diagnosis of periodontal disease).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria comprise patients with systemic diseases and subjects who had taken systemic antibiotic, anti-in?ammatory, hormonal, osteoporosis and medications known to in?uence periodontal tissues in the 3 months prior to the start of the study; Pregnant or lactating women are also exclusive.
