Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 30~85, in line with the criteria of COPD development "fast”and”slow"; 2) Patients not taking hormone and other immunosuppressor,sametime not received desensitization treatment within a past month; 3) outpatient or inpatient with oral or written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe respiratory failure, pulmonary encephalopathy or artificial mechanical ventilation therapy (noninvasive or invasive) cannot cooperate syndrome information acquisition; 2. patients had other respiratory system diseasesa that greater influence on TCM syndrome,shth as bronchiectasis; 3. Merge other organs serious primary diseases(e.g., heart, brain, liver, kidney, etc.); 4. Psychiatric patients; 5. With acute infectious disease happend or aggravated within a past month; 6. Outpatients or inpatients don't agree to participate in this research.
