40 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glaucoma Group: 1. Patients with primary open angle glaucoma, but without other ocular diseases; 2. Patients with unified handedness and dominant eye; 3. Refractive errors less than 3.0D; 4. 40~50 years old; 5. Similar in sex ratio; 6. Without mental or nervous disease; 7. Without hypertension, diabetes, heartlung or brain diseases, recent operation or trauma; 8. Without contraindications of MRI. Control Group: 1. The age, sex, handedness and dominant eye were matched in the glaucoma group and the control group; 2. Without any ocular disease; 3. Without mental or nervous disease; 4. Without hypertension, diabetes, heartlung or brain diseases, recent operation or trauma; 5. Without contraindications of MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with unstable vital signs or claustrophobia, contraindications of MRI were excluded.
