Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male, 40-45 in ages, BMI>=26, trail was divided into 4 groups: single obeseIGTtype 2 diabeteshealthy group. Each group has no smoking history, no cardiovascular diseases, no respiration dise-ses, and digestive diseases etc., without liver and kidney dysfunction,and history of other endocrine and metabolic disease,and no effecting on pancreatic polypeptide.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Female, younger than 40 and older than 45 in ages, BMI<26, smoking, in diseases with cardiovascul , respiration and digestion, liver and kidney dysfunction, and history of other endocrine and metabolic disease.
