Carbamazepine/Allopurinol non-sensitized SJS/TEN patients:Extraction DNA from subjects' peripheral blood and using PCR to genotype HLA-B loci.
Carbamazepine/Allopurinol sensitized eruptive patients:Extraction DNA from subjects' peripheral blood and using PCR to genotype HLA-B loci.
Normal individuals:Extraction DNA from subjects' peripheral blood and using PCR to genotype HLA-B loci.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females aged between 2 and 80 years; 2. Provide written informed consent and Willing and able to comply with all aspects of the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of blood coagulation dysfunction disorders
