26 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: preeclampsia defined by hypertension (systolic and diastolic blood pressures higher than 140/90mmHg and proteinuria 0.3 g/day), were recruited from 1st Affiliated Hospital, Wenzhou Medical College. As comparative groups, Single pregnancy,pregnant women were originally selected to have similar characteristics to those presented by preeclamptic patients, such as age, body mass index (BMI) and gestational age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: eliminate high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes, anemia, ICP and pregnancy complications (placenta previa,fetal intrauterine growth retardation,etc).
