Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014, couples with adverse pregnancy outcomes being case group; couples from the same county and age difference of 2 years old, without adverse pregnancy outcomes being control group.

Exclusion criteria: Objects that do not meet the inclusion criteria
