Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For study group (1) Aged 30 to 50, female; (2) patients with adenomyosis (diffuse or focal)was diagnosed according to the internatianal diagnostic criteria con?rmed who were subject to hysterectomy; (3) All people in both groups voluntarily joined this study with informed consents. For control group: (1) Aged 30 to 50, female; (2) Patients with leiomyomas, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia III, or cervical carcinoma in situ was diagnosed according to the internatianal diagnostic criteria confirmed who were subject to hysterectomy; (3) All people in both groups voluntarily joined this study with informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Accompany with endometriosis, endometrial polyps, pelvic inflammatory disease and other in flammatory and autoimmune diseases; (2) With serious cadiovascular, liver, kideny,hyperlipidemia, hypertension, or mental diseases through history; (3) The suspected cases.
