Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese han race population; 2. 40 to 80 years of age; 3. Smoking history: 1) non smoking crowd; 2) smoking crowd: at least ten years pack-years smoked. 4. Lung function classification: GOLD I - level IV. COPD subtype classification using suction - breath high resolution chest CT, judgment and airway disease in patients with lung parenchyma performance and severity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy women (CT scan might be in fetal risks). 2. pulmonary diseases: eliminate have in addition to asthma outside the other pulmonary disease history (such as pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, etc.), 3. one or more lobectomy combined with history; 4. treatment of adanced cancer, suspected lung cancer (lung properties unknown bump); 5. eye surgery patients; 6. acute myocardial infarction, other acute phase heart disease; 7. accept the chest or abdominal cavity radiation therapy of the patients; 8. cannot tolerate albuterol patients; 9. multiple ethnic patients; 10. COPD patients with acute aggravating symptoms in the clinical symptoms stabilize 1 months after registration into groups.
