Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55 to 95; 2. Age-related macular degeneration was diagnosed according to the internatianal diagnostic criteria; 3. All people in both groups voluntarily joined this study with informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other autoimmune and infectious diseases; 2. The suspected cases; 3. Pepole with blood phobia.
